Senior Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic Frameworks – AIRLHV

NavitasPartners is seeking a Senior Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic Frameworks to work remotely from Laval, Laval region, Canada. This contract/full‑time role will lead the design and deployment of enterprise‑scale AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement generative AI models and agentic frameworks for large‑scale business applications.
• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable AI pipelines integrated with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure AI governance, reliability, security, and performance compliance across all deployments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development and MLOps.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
• Deep expertise in generative AI (large language models, diffusion models) and agent‑based architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and model monitoring.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
