Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of trading platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Collaborate with developers to implement continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain documentation for system architecture, incident response procedures, and operational run‑books.
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for low‑latency environments.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and network teams to meet regulatory and security standards.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and lead post‑mortem analyses for critical incidents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, or system engineering within a trading or high‑frequency environment.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix, scripting (Python, Bash), and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).
• Understanding of networking, low‑latency protocols, and market data feeds.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
