About This Position
Certarus Ltd. is seeking a skilled Compression Technician in Williston, Williams County, US. Join the North American leader in low‑carbon energy solutions and help deliver clean‑burning CNG, RNG, and hydrogen to remote and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot compression equipment for CNG, RNG, and hydrogen systems.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Monitor system pressures, temperatures, and flow rates, documenting data and reporting anomalies.
- Collaborate with engineering and safety teams to implement upgrades and compliance measures.
- Respond to emergency shutdowns and provide on‑site technical support during outage events.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and adhere to regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical or industrial technology preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience operating industrial compressors or related equipment.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote sites.
- Commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
