About This Position
Join Talent is seeking a Talent Partner – Early Careers to join their Ottawa, Ottawa region office. This six‑month contract role offers a competitive salary of CAD$100,000‑120,000 pro‑rated and the flexibility of hybrid or remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top early‑career talent for client organizations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for graduate, internship and apprenticeship cohorts, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and refine talent acquisition processes, tools and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with university relations and campus recruitment teams to build pipelines and employer brand.
- Provide regular reporting on hiring progress, pipeline health and diversity targets.
- Support onboarding and early‑career development initiatives to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2‑3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in early‑career or graduate hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems and interview best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
