Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top early‑career talent for client organizations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for graduate, internship and apprenticeship cohorts, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and refine talent acquisition processes, tools and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with university relations and campus recruitment teams to build pipelines and employer brand.
• Provide regular reporting on hiring progress, pipeline health and diversity targets.
• Support onboarding and early‑career development initiatives to ensure new hires integrate successfully.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2‑3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in early‑career or graduate hiring.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems and interview best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a fast‑paced environment.
