About This Position
Virtuozzo is hiring a Global Partnership & Strategic Alliances Manager to lead its worldwide partner ecosystem from remote locations across Canada. The role combines designing a high‑performing channel program with building strategic alliances with CSPs, MSPs and ISVs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch and continuously improve Virtuozzo’s Channel Partner Program, including partner tiers, incentives and enablement resources.
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic alliances with leading cloud service providers, managed service providers and independent software vendors.
- Collaborate with VP of Sales, Marketing, Product and Legal to align partnership goals with overall business strategy.
- Drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives, co‑sell opportunities and co‑marketing campaigns.
- Track partner performance metrics, forecast revenue contributions and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
- Provide training, certification and technical enablement to partners to ensure successful solution adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, strategic alliances or partner development, preferably in cloud, virtualization or SaaS markets.
- Proven track record of closing high‑value partnership agreements and growing partner‑generated revenue.
- Strong understanding of CSP, MSP and ISV business models and ecosystem dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills in both English and French.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret partner data, forecast pipelines and drive data‑based decisions.
- Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and managing cross‑functional teams.
