Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms to meet the firm’s business processes.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third‑party applications (e.g., document management, billing, and case management systems).
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation to ensure high adoption rates across the organization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging legal‑tech trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, Administrator, or Consultant.
• Proven ability to configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, Lightning components, and reports.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Apex, or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with legal professionals.
