Job Summary
Amrize is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and market launch of ISO insulation products across multiple U.S. regions. This full‑time role combines strategic product planning with hands‑on coordination of engineering, sales, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and business case for ISO insulation solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across 45 U.S. states and territories.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Work with supply chain to ensure material availability and cost targets.
- Lead go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and launch plans.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience in building materials or insulation.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project‑management skills.
