Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect accurate data on client performance and progress.
- Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions to children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Maintain detailed session notes and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to support client goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT).
