Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed packaging specifications, drawings, and test plans.
- Validate packaging designs through prototype testing, drop, vibration, and environmental simulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product development, supply chain, and quality—to ensure packaging meets functional and cost targets.
- Work with suppliers to source sustainable materials and optimize packaging for global logistics.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across all markets.
- Continuously improve packaging processes to reduce waste, lower costs, and enhance product protection.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in packaging design and validation for consumer or industrial products.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and packaging analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of material properties, sustainability practices, and logistics constraints.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with regulatory standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, REACH) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
