Strong 1st Fitness is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer/Coach to join our team in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County. Deliver high‑energy 45‑minute group training sessions while providing personalized guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily 45‑minute group fitness classes, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Develop and adjust individualized workout plans based on client assessments.
• Motivate members, track progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain a clean, organized workout environment and equipment.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to create a supportive, high‑performance team culture.
• Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education.
