Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assist with drop‑off and pick‑up of laundry items, and answer phone inquiries.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers, following proper cycles and load sizes.
• Sort, fold, and package laundry according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing equipment.
