Job Summary
Range is seeking an MSP Technician I to join its team in Sheridan, Sheridan County, US. This entry‑level role supports installations, testing, programming, repair, and maintenance of Range equipment while providing end‑user software support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the MSP Manager with hardware installations, configurations, and field testing across multiple departments.
- Perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on Range‑branded equipment.
- Install, update, and configure software on end‑user workstations, ensuring optimal network performance.
- Provide first‑level technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
- Deliver on‑site and remote training to staff on equipment use and best practices.
- Support sales initiatives by preparing equipment demonstrations and assisting with service proposals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, inventory, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking, Windows/macOS operating systems, and hardware diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites and lift equipment as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $34,008 – $55,598 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Full benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.
