Key Responsibilities

• Assist the MSP Manager with hardware installations, configurations, and field testing across multiple departments.
• Perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on Range‑branded equipment.
• Install, update, and configure software on end‑user workstations, ensuring optimal network performance.
• Provide first‑level technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
• Deliver on‑site and remote training to staff on equipment use and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits
