About This Position

Job Summary

Corus Orthodontics is seeking a Marketing Manager, Practice Digital & Brand Strategy to lead digital marketing and brand initiatives for its fast‑growing orthodontic partnership network in California, US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition and retention across the Corus network.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all practice locations.
  • Manage multi‑channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) and optimize performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with orthodontists, practice managers, and external agencies to create localized marketing assets.
  • Oversee budget planning, allocation, and ROI reporting for all digital and brand initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a data‑driven, creative culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand strategy, preferably within healthcare or dental/orthodontic sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing high‑impact campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, email automation, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with clinical teams and external partners.
