Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel growth strategies (paid media, SEO, email, social, affiliate) that drive new customer acquisition and increase lifetime value.
• Own the full marketing funnel, from top‑of‑funnel awareness to post‑purchase retention, using analytics to optimize performance.
• Lead a team of performance marketers, analysts, and creative partners, setting clear KPIs and fostering a test‑and‑learn culture.
• Collaborate with product, e‑commerce, and brand teams to align growth initiatives with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage a six‑figure media budget, allocate spend across channels, and report ROI to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and technology tools to keep Reef’s growth engine competitive.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in consumer retail or footwear.
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition channels and improving ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and attribution modeling.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to executives.
