Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for residents in the skilled nursing facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, swallowing, and cognitive‑linguistic needs.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
