Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership for materials and biophysical characterization programs across small molecules, biologics, and vaccines.
- Develop and oversee phase‑screening platforms and analytical methodologies that support discovery through development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—R&D, manufacturing, regulatory—to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing scientific team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical materials science and biophysical analysis.
- Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering results in drug development.
- Deep expertise in spectroscopy, calorimetry, microscopy, and other characterization techniques.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
Annual salary: $275,596.56
