About This Position
Job Summary
Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Montpelier, Washington County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distributed, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, webinars, and on‑site sessions, ensuring resources and venues are booked.
- Prepare and distribute training documentation, agendas, and post‑training reports.
- Monitor training inventory, track certification expirations, and manage renewals.
- Assist the training team with data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or records management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a shared services or corporate training environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards related to training records.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.

Annual salary: $37,832.73
