Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow analyses.
• Track project expenses, invoice clients, and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile project ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and produce monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior accountants to monitor cost performance against budgets.
• Assist in preparing contract change orders and billing adjustments.
• Support internal audits and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Generate ad‑hoc financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably within civil engineering or construction.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
