Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Project Management Center (PMC) database, ensuring all project documents, schedules, and contracts are up‑to‑date and compliant with corporate standards.
- Coordinate information flow between engineering, construction, finance, and regulatory teams.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting project status, risks, and milestones.
- Facilitate document control processes, including version control, distribution lists, and archiving.
- Support change‑order management by tracking revisions and ensuring proper approvals.

Qualifications
