Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end service management for Learning Spaces Technology (LST) across 350+ classrooms, conference rooms, and student computing spaces.

• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes to maintain high availability and performance.
• Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior staff and campus partners.

Required Qualifications
