Help Desk Analyst

TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in Fort Wayne, Allen County, IN. The role focuses on Tier 1‑2 support for Windows 11 migration, hardware deployment, and O365 services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to end‑users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Assist with imaging, deploying, and configuring Windows 11 workstations and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, including O365 and Active Directory problems.
• Create, update, and resolve tickets in the designated ticketing platform while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure a smooth transition to new operating systems and hardware.
• Deliver excellent customer service, communicating technical information clearly to non‑technical users.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 imaging, deployment, and hardware configuration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, O365, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and remote support utilities.

Compensation
