Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Manager for YouFit in Lighthouse Point, Broward County, US. Lead our personal training program, drive revenue, and create an exceptional experience for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the personal training department, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule personal trainers to meet member demand.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor member satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and maintain a positive gym environment.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust programs to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote personal training packages and special events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fitness center management or senior personal training roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Certification as a personal trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE) preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
