Key Responsibilities

• Show available apartments to prospective residents, highlighting community amenities and lease terms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate vacancy and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
