Job Summary
Evergreen Market is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for its Juanita, King County location. This full‑time, Monday‑Friday day shift role ensures accurate product intake, compliance, and vendor management for a fast‑growing Pacific Northwest dispensary.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily product intake, verification, and accurate data entry into inventory systems.
- Maintain strict compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, including documentation and audit readiness.
- Manage relationships with vendors and distributors, coordinating deliveries, returns, and discrepancy resolutions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile variances, and generate inventory reports for management.
- Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to ensure shelf stock reflects brand standards and customer expectations.
- Identify process improvements to reduce shrinkage and increase operational efficiency.
- Assist with year‑end physical inventory and support external audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- 2+ years experience in inventory control, supply chain, or retail operations, preferably in regulated industries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable negotiating with vendors.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of Washington state cannabis compliance is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary range $43,680 – $47,840 annually, based on experience. Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, paid time off, and employee discounts.
