Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, performing system start‑ups and cash handling.
• Prepare the sales floor and stockroom for the business day, including unlocking the back door for deliveries.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Provide accurate change and support cash registers as needed.
• Model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience consistent with Walgreens standards.
• Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention activities.
