Job Summary

TEKsystems is hiring an Entry‑Level Customer Service Representative in Weldon Spring, Saint Charles County, US. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling billing inquiries, payment processing, portal support and general account questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, providing accurate billing information and resolving payment issues.
• Assist customers with portal login, navigation, and self‑service tools.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex account issues to senior support staff while ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Meet productivity and quality targets in a high‑volume contact‑center environment.

Qualifications & Skills
