Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving daily operational, sales, and merchandising targets.

  • Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment for team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Support scheduling, labor budgeting, and performance evaluations for the team.
