Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital workplace platforms, aligning with Truist’s overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, security, and operations—to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Prioritize features and enhancements using data‑driven insights, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead product discovery, user research, and prototype testing to ensure solutions meet employee productivity and collaboration goals.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, presenting roadmaps, financial forecasts, and risk assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital workplace, enterprise collaboration tools, or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology products on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
