Job Summary

EY is seeking a hands‑on Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work from the NY State Campus in Albany County, United States. This senior role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s managed services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Prototype and develop proof‑of‑concepts using machine‑learning frameworks, cloud services and micro‑service patterns.
• Lead technical reviews, code inspections and quality‑gate processes for development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists and product owners to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering best‑practice adoption across the managed services portfolio.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic adoption to enhance client value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering AI‑enabled solutions in a consulting or managed‑services environment.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency with machine‑learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation
