PPRO is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Workplace (Information Technology) to lead the design, implementation and support of modern workplace solutions for its global team. This full‑time role is based in Barre Junction, Washington County, US, with a salary of $95,630 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital workplace strategy aligned with PPRO’s mission to simplify global payments.
• Lead a cross‑functional team delivering Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and security solutions.
• Oversee migration, adoption, and change‑management programs for 200+ employees across 10 international locations.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations and internal security policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and budget for workplace technologies.
• Provide senior‑level troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
• Report performance metrics and ROI to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing digital workplace environments, preferably in a multinational fintech or payments company.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint management.
• Strong project‑management skills (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of driving user adoption and delivering cost‑effective solutions.
