Job Summary

EY is hiring a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager in Lansing, Ingham County, US. This senior, hands‑on role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s managed services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of AI‑driven solutions, from concept through delivery and ongoing support.
• Design, prototype, and build scalable, secure digital products using cloud platforms, micro‑services, and machine‑learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data scientists, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders—to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts and demos to showcase AI capabilities to clients and internal leadership.
• Ensure compliance with EY security, governance, and quality standards.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including solution design workshops and proposal development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale solutions, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker), and modern programming languages (Python, Java, Scala).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Compensation

Base salary: $185,725.80 per year.
