Software Development Snr Manager

Oracle is seeking a Software Development Snr Manager to lead a high‑performing engineering team in Boise, Ada County, US. This role oversees design, development, debugging and enhancement of database and application software while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary software engineering team.
• Define architecture and technical standards for database, application and tooling projects.
• Plan, prioritize and track development tasks, ensuring alignment with Oracle’s product roadmap.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps and security teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, agile practices and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and modern development frameworks.
