Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing on repaired vehicles, ensuring showroom‑ready condition.
- Apply protective coatings, polish surfaces, and restore paintwork to manufacturer standards.
- Inspect completed repairs for cleanliness, proper fluid levels, and overall presentation before customer hand‑off.
- Maintain detailing equipment, chemicals, and inventory, reporting any shortages or equipment issues.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to prioritize vehicles for detailing based on workflow.
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations, handling chemicals and waste responsibly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; automotive detailing certification is a plus.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of professional vehicle detailing experience, preferably in a collision‑repair environment.
- Strong eye for detail, excellent hand‑eye coordination, and knowledge of detailing products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced shop while maintaining quality standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
