Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing legacy recruiting dashboards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and build modern, scalable BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Consolidate data sources, ensure data quality, and create unified data models.
• Develop interactive visualizations that enable stakeholders to track hiring metrics in real time.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and IT teams to define KPI requirements.
• Document dashboard architecture, data flows, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide training and support to end‑users for effective dashboard utilization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI development and dashboard design.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
