Job Summary

Humana is seeking a Bilingual Dental Inbound Representative to join its Consumer Contacts team, working remotely from the Ny State Campus in Albany County, US. This role serves as the first human connection for members, providing dental benefit support in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and digital inquiries from members and providers regarding dental benefits.
• Provide clear, accurate information in both English and Spanish, resolving questions and concerns.
• Guide callers through next steps, including claim processes, network navigation, and appointment scheduling.
• Document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Humana’s dental plans, policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in dental insurance, healthcare, or customer service.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and empathy skills.
• Proficient with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits
