About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the medical and clinical strategy for Optum Health Solutions, aligning with UnitedHealth Group’s overall mission.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 15 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, preferably in a large health system or integrated care organization.
- Proven track record of implementing large‑scale health technology initiatives and improving clinical outcomes.
- Strong understanding of value‑based care models, payer‑provider relationships and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
