Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the medical and clinical strategy for Optum Health Solutions, aligning with UnitedHealth Group’s overall mission.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of physicians, nurses, data scientists and technologists to develop evidence‑based care pathways.
• Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Required Qualifications
