Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and ongoing training to new franchise distributors covering sales techniques, customer service, warranty returns, and tool repair processes.
• Provide hands‑on instruction for computer systems and digital tools used in daily operations.
• Travel nationally—and potentially internationally—to conduct on‑site training sessions and evaluate distributor performance.
• Survey open and prospective franchise locations to assess market viability and support expansion efforts.
• Maintain training documentation, track progress, and generate reports for senior management.
