Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial onboarding and ongoing training for new franchise distributors covering business strategies, sales techniques, and customer relations.
• Teach computer and software skills essential for order processing, warranty returns, and inventory management.
• Guide distributors through the tool repair workflow, including diagnosis, parts ordering, and final quality checks.
• Conduct field surveys of open and potential franchise locations to assess market opportunities.
• Coordinate and document national and international travel itineraries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate training records, performance metrics, and feedback reports for continuous improvement.
