Job Summary

Griffith Laboratories is seeking a Sr Analyst Commercial Projects to work on a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days per week in Alsip, IL). This senior role leads complex commercial projects for the U.S. team, driving product development and market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end commercial projects from concept through launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain to align project goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and financial data to inform project decisions.
• Prepare and present project status reports and executive dashboards to senior leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or product development projects in the food industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data‑visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation & Benefits
