About This Position
ManpowerGroup is hiring a Materials Planner III in Atlanta, Fulton County, US. This senior planning role supports global manufacturing sites, suppliers, logistics and trade compliance teams for a leading power solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate material forecasts and production schedules for multiple manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery of parts and components.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze variances and implement corrective actions to reduce excess and stock‑outs.
- Prepare and submit trade compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to import/export regulations.
- Generate regular performance reports and KPIs for senior management.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in materials planning or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel/ERP (SAP, Oracle) skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proven track record of process improvement.
- Knowledge of trade compliance regulations is a plus.

Annual salary: $223,611.20 (fixed)
