Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly work plans for vegetation management crews.
• Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and external stakeholders to schedule tasks and allocate resources.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and adjust plans to address weather, site conditions, or client requests.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute work orders, job tickets, and documentation for field crews.
• Track labor and equipment utilization, reporting metrics to management.
• Maintain clear communication with the public and landowners regarding project activities.
• Utilize GIS and scheduling software to map work zones and optimize routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in utility work planning is a plus.
• Experience in vegetation management, utility operations, or related field work.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Ability to work independently outdoors and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and public interaction.

Compensation

Salary range: $49,476.58 annually.
