Job Summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management in Atlanta, Fulton County, US. This role acts as the concierge for new and existing Board members, ensuring a smooth lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members throughout their tenure.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage logistics for Board meetings, including venue setup, virtual platforms, and material distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of Board activities, decisions, and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and communications teams to ensure Board initiatives align with corporate policies.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up action items.
  • Provide timely support for Board member inquiries and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership, stakeholder, or Board relations management.
  • Exceptional organizational and project‑management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, and document management systems.

Compensation

Salary: $114,013 annually.
