About This Position
Job Summary
Fujifilm is seeking a Director of Endos Infection Control to lead reprocessing and infection control for its endoscopic product portfolio in Mongmong, Mongmong‑Toto‑Maite, US. This senior role oversees cleaning, high‑level disinfection and sterilization processes and serves as the primary subject‑matter expert for the Endoscopy Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve infection control policies and standard operating procedures for all Fujifilm endoscopy devices.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, quality, regulatory, and customer service—to ensure compliance with FDA, CDC, and international standards.
- Act as the main liaison with hospitals, clinics, third‑party reprocessing vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee validation studies, risk assessments, and root‑cause analyses for reprocessing failures.
- Provide technical training and support to internal staff and external customers on proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and generate reports for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce infection risk and enhance product safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Microbiology, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device reprocessing, infection control, or endoscopy operations.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, CDC, and international infection control guidelines.
- Proven leadership and project‑management skills with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation
Salary range: $181,793.06 – $181,793.06 per year.
