Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims, from intake through resolution.
- Conduct detailed investigations, gather evidence, and interview claimants, witnesses, and legal counsel.
- Analyze policy language, assess coverage applicability, and prepare accurate claim summaries.
- Collaborate with underwriters, loss adjusters, and external attorneys to develop settlement strategies.
- Maintain precise claim documentation in the company’s system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
