Job Summary

Humana is hiring a Bilingual Dental Inbound Representative to work remotely from Phoenix, Maricopa County, US. This role is the first human touch for members, providing dental benefit support in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and digital inquiries from members and providers regarding dental benefits.
• Resolve questions, concerns, and claim issues while maintaining a calm, empathetic tone.
• Guide callers through next steps, including authorizations, referrals, and payment information.
• Document interactions accurately in Humana’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Inbound Contacts Supervisor and Consumer Contacts team to meet service level goals.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements to enhance member experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or communications is a plus.
• Customer‑service experience, preferably in dental or health insurance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle high‑volume calls.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM or call‑center software.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home workspace.

Compensation & Benefits
