Job Summary
ENFRA is seeking a Client Services Partner to join our team in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, US. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to our energy infrastructure clients while supporting the growth of our Energy-as-a-Service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, operations, and finance—to deliver seamless project execution.
- Monitor service performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and propose improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that align with ENFRA’s strategic objectives.
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with service level agreements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting energy infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of client‑facing experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving customer success.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel within the region up to 25% of the time.
