JT4 LLC is seeking a Branch Supervisor II to lead a technical team in Edwards, Kern County, US. This role oversees engineering and support operations for U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy test ranges under the J‑Tech II contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of branch personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor test range engineering projects, delivering realistic training environments on schedule.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and performance metrics for a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Serve as primary liaison with federal customers, providing status reports and technical briefings.
• Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and mentor staff for career development.
• Ensure all documentation, data integrity, and reporting meet DoD and agency guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in defense‑related engineering or test range operations.
• Proven supervisory experience managing technical teams in a high‑security environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Air Force, Space Force, or Navy testing protocols.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Security clearance eligibility (Secret or higher) is required.
