Job Summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking a Consultant – AI Force Multiplier (IAM) to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. This 6‑month contract offers a fixed annual salary of $131,687.64 and focuses on designing, deploying, and governing AI‑enhanced identity and access management solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI‑driven IAM solutions on major platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Azure AD, SailPoint, Saviynt, or AWS IAM.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IAM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure secure, compliant identity management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities that automate provisioning, risk assessment, and anomaly detection.
• Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to client and internal teams.
• Document solution architectures, technical specifications, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) across large‑scale enterprises.
• Proven track record designing and delivering AI‑enhanced IAM solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with at least one major IAM platform (Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Azure AD, SailPoint, Saviynt, AWS IAM).
• Strong understanding of IAM governance, compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and security best practices.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models for identity risk scoring, automated provisioning, and policy enforcement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Okta Certified Consultant, or Azure AD Identity Engineer.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tooling.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
