About the Role

As a Remote Software Developer at BlueWave Digital, you will architect, build, and maintain robust web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python. You will partner with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprints to ship features that delight our clients. You will own end-to-end modules of our flagship SaaS platform, from database schema design to pixel-perfect front-end interfaces. Salary Range

We offer a transparent compensation package for this remote role: $90,000 – $120,000 USD/year, based on your experience level and technical depth. Top performers also receive annual reviews with upward adjustment potential, performance bonuses, and stock-option grants after two years of service.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience (3+ years) developing production-grade software in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks such as Jest or PyTest.
• Ability to write secure, maintainable, and well-documented code independently without constant supervision.
