About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Mechanical Designer to support our product development pipeline across consumer, industrial, and robotics sectors. You will work independently yet stay tightly aligned with our engineering leads through daily async updates and weekly live design reviews.

What You Will Do

• Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
• Translate mechanical requirements into detailed designs that meet cost and performance targets.
• Run tolerance stacks, basic FEA checks, and design for manufacturability reviews.
• Document designs clearly so remote manufacturing partners can build without ambiguity.

Requirements

This role is open to candidates who are self-driven and comfortable in a distributed team. You do not need a specific city—just a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years using CAD software for mechanical design (SolidWorks preferred).
